Aaron’s passion for real estate development stems from his education and practice of Landscape Architecture where he cultivated his desire for place-making. 

Throughout the progression of his career, Aaron has honed his professional focus on shaping the environment to promote active lifestyles, health and well-being, inter-generational family bonds and creating meaningful places.

Establishing a vision focused on value of place, economic viability and environmental responsibility remain the cornerstones of Aaron’s personal and professional approach to every project he engages in. 

Prior to establishing Boardman Land Partners, Aaron worked for a major real estate development firm where he successfully managed the implementation of four master planned communities within the Charlotte, NC market.

Previously, he led the land planning, entitlements, due diligence and community amenity programming and construction for a national homebuilder.

Earlier in his career, Aaron was an Associate at a nationally-recognized design and engineering firm where he served a multitude of public and private sector clients and led various projects from visioning through implementation.

Aaron has experience in the planning and development of over 10,000 residential lots and supporting private amenities as well as a host of public spaces that have set a precedence for people to enjoy daily.
